Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the seamless execution of inbound and outbound activities. Coordinate and supervise order picking, packing, and shipping to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines. Collaborate with transporters and logistics providers to optimize transportation costs and schedules. Provide supervision, coaching, and training to the warehouse workforce. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to create a secure working environment for warehouse personnel. Develop strategic plans and policies to enhance warehousing operations. Collaborate with suppliers to manage incoming shipments, resolve discrepancies, and foster strong supplier relationships. Utilize warehouse management systems and other technology tools to streamline operations and improve accuracy. Work closely with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of stock. Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular stock audits and reconciliations. Manage manpower effectively to support warehouse operations. Handle regular allocations and ensure timely dispatches. Enforce team adherence to the PI (Process Improvement) process for stock accuracy, root cause analysis (RCA), andcorrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
