As a Talent Acquisition and Development Leader, I develop and implement full-cycle talent systems to strengthen the hiring process for the organization. I am an I/O Psychology practitioner and a subject matter expert (SME) focused on optimizing talent and human capital. I research how to shift people\'s behavior by understanding how they think about their work, equipping them with tools to gain new insights to optimize their approach and deeply engage in their day-to-day work. I strive to empower individuals to continue their growth journey within the organization for the long haul. I add value by bringing my extensive experience, and communication skills to lead an organization\'s growth and development with Human Experience (HX) at the core of my methodology. The end goal is to cultivate a culture of continuous engagement and delivering a truly enviable human experience through the creation of learning solutions that generate competent results. My interest in this field began back in India as I found myself immersed in the study of Psychology. I went on to pursue my Masters in I-O Psychology, the first woman in my family to do so. I was intrigued by human experiences in the workplace as I observed and learned about the organization and employee thought processes and what drives them.
