Growing up, I was a naturally curious child with a love for asking difficult questions. This inquisitive nature has followed me into adulthood and has been a key factor in my success. I excel at understanding the depth of a problem/industry, which allows me to go above and beyond to address the issue at hand.I am an MBA graduate from IIM Mumbai and currently, lead Digital Media for all brands at P&G ISC, where I have been instrumental in leading a major transformation project to generate 20% value for the company (across savings, CASH & operational productivity)- a feat not accomplished in a decade. Prior to this, I pursued an internship with P&G to lead an \'End to End Advertisement Production Industry Analysis,\' where I shared a glidepath for achieving 30% savings in 1.5 years, which earned me a Pre-Placement Offer.My approach to achieving success is rooted in persistence, diligence, and empathy, which has helped me build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders alike. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring my creative side through acrylic and oil pastel paintings and often share my artwork on my Instagram handle @a_drawing_owl.
