Recruitment Consulting - Sourcing and attracting candidates; Screening, interviewing and short-listing potential candidates and presenting suitable candidates to clients; Assessing applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude.\\\\n\\\\n5. Process Excellence - Initiate best practices in the start-up culture & the specialist recruitment market within Crescendo.
