UX Designer | UX Researcher | Accessibility (WCAG)| Interaction Design | HCI | Figma | Enterprise UXI am a UX Researcher and Designer with a background in product and interaction design. I focus on understanding how people experience complex systems and ensuring these systems work for everyone.I have contributed to enterprise security platforms, retail and consumer applications, AI-powered dashboards, and public-sector digital services. My experience includes projects at IBM Security, IBM Consulting (Lowe’s, PepsiCo), AI startups, and academic and government teams. In each setting, I apply a research-first approach, prioritising usability, accessibility, and scalability.My work centres on mixed-methods UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, contextual inquiry, and WCAG-aligned accessibility audits. I translate research insights into interaction design, information architecture, and scalable design systems, partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to inform product strategy and execution.I am currently pursuing an MS in Human-Computer Interaction at The University of Texas at Austin.
