Collaborates with all QA teams to develop Jira best practices and monitors Jira activity to maintain a clean and consistent Jira workflow, ensuring the usage of agreed upon components, labels, statuses, comments, etc.~ Organizes Smartsheet reporting needs to create and maintain filters, reports, and dashboards for monthly updates, forecasting, resourceplanning, budget review, and QA data analysis.~ Monitors Jira projects to ensure alignment to roadmaps, SLAs, OLAs, and delivery commitments.~ Bug Triaging - capturing, tracking, and resolving bugs and issues throughout the entire Quality development process. Work on JiraKanban board to provide teams full visibility into work to help limit WIP, maximize efficiency, and reduce cycle time.~ Validating the Budgets through monitoring the cost and vendor hours and then generating the Purchase order for all the vendors through automated scripts as well as manual process.~ Oversee the purchase order generation process, automation scripts (JAVA), and budget tracking for the Operations team.~Oversees collections in ORCALE workflow by managing ingestion of Pearson content as well as third party content including books, businesscases and Literature readings.
