   I have handled Invoice Processing, Global Process Ownership (GPO) and the transition process, Query Handling, Month-end activities in Accounts Payable Process. Responsibilities include reviewing vendor invoices- PO and Non-PO, Two way and the three way matching of PO, invoice and GRN before processing, Adhoc activities including various reportings, reconciling accounts, and liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.2. Worked in different ERPs- SAP, Baan, QuickBooks, JDE, Mentor (Mochasoft). Additionally, Involved in budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial insights to support decision-making within the organization. Manage all day-to-day workload, develop, build on the existing processes, define procedures and policies with strong focus on controller and compliance. Work closely with the order management team and warehouse team for PO enquiries and operations. Monitoring and driving performance metrics (including targets of 100% of on-time vendors), establish and meet KPI\'s managing quarterly or annual performance targets.5. Review and maintain SOPs to ensure robustness of the procedures, timely update and obtain sign-off SOP changes. Ensure queries received are investigated, resolved and responded to accurately. Taking follow up with Business for pending approval or invoices and highlighting potential process improvements.6. I have played a key role in IP for UKI entities. Processed ~3288 invoices with 120% of productivity in Sept\'22 with 100% accuracy and apart from IP also identified as a SPOC of eGPR reporting and tracking for EMEA region- IP. Also, awarded with \'Hero of the month\' award for the month of September- 2023
