About Ishika Nirula
I’m the Founder and CEO of Women in Business Network, a platform that began as a grassroots community for women entrepreneurs and has grown into a consulting agency that supports women-led brands with strategy, storytelling, and curated experiences. To date, we’ve built a network of over women, hosted 30+ high-impact events across India, and supported more than 50 women-led businesses in finding clarity, confidence, and scale.Currently, I’m at Reliance Brands Ltd./ Reliance Retail, working with the iconic fashion house Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla as Assistant Manager at the CEO’s Office. My role involves driving strategic projects across brand building, marketing, merchandising, and category development - contributing to the growth and global positioning of one of India’s most celebrated couture labels.Previously, I was at Kult App, working on beauty-focused brand and business projects.Additionally, I have over 5 years of immersive experience in e-commerce, specializing in beauty, fashion and lifestyle, I have honed my skills in managing diverse projects, brand portfolios and driving impactful strategies.I made significant contributions at Nykaa, where I played a pivotal role in shaping the luxury category in fashion and refining site strategy and merchandising within the beauty segment. Moreover, my tenure at CRED allowed me to spearhead e-commerce partnerships and activations, contributing to the growth of our D2C brand portfolios and GTM strategy.I am always open to collaborations and exploring new opportunities to support women-owned/ oriented businesses.
