At Hyatt, I work on a zero-hour contract within the breakfast service team whilst balancing my final year of university. My role focuses on creating a smooth and welcoming guest experience, which includes replenishing and maintaining the buffet, preparing drinks, cleaning and resetting tables, and assisting guests with any requests. I also take on hosting responsibilities, such as greeting and seating guests, handling payments, and ensuring an enjoyable atmosphere through attentive service.
