As an Instructional Designer for the Global Servicing Learning Network, I work to execute tactical and strategic initiatives to deliver a globally consistent training experience for learners across business and location- Pursue a deep understanding of business goals and learner roles to ensure that learning solutions curated are effective and experiential- Analyze, organize and transform complex inform into easy, digestible design assets- Use an array of different media to produce materials that promote learning through instructor-led, v-ILT, WBT, e-learning modules along with assessment for knowledge check and workshops for performance support- Demonstrating proficiency with production tools, in particular Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Illustrator, Vyond, Canva, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, MS-Word and Cornerstone - LMS- Developing assessment instruments to measure learner acceptance, comprehension, and application of processes and systems knowledge- Delivering on commitments consistently by way of great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail- Applying innovative and proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations- Maintaining knowledge of new learning approaches, technology, and tools through continuous research to ensure team delivers solutions.
