As a Business Development Representative on Cvent’s Venue Experts Team, I help hotels and venues succeed on the Cvent Supplier Network by unblocking access, improving RFP responsiveness, and guiding the right commercial path. Partner across Finance/Contracts and internal teams to resolve billing or post–close-won implementation blockers, keeping clients informed and deals moving. Spot and route expansion opportunities (additional users, multi‑property access/RFP Lead Visibility) while maintaining a smooth client experience. Maintain clean case execution and contribute to team reporting cadence, helping leadership act on trends and improve conversion. Impact: Faster time-to-first-response on RFPs, cleaner venue profiles, and fewer repeat tickets through proactive enablement. Clear, documented resolutions that reduce friction for operators and improve conversion across my book of business.
