   1.Implemented numerous PowerShell scripts. These scripts were set up in the task schedule as a daily batch job, which removed the requirement for more than 300 hours of manual Efforts each year. Developed a fully functional Power App for business users of Houston location and automated it via Power Automate tool and supported 8+ Power App Applications. Resolved 15+ Major incidents reported by multiple users for different Power Automate flows and Power apps.4. Managed 3+ internal Operate Edge reports in collaboration with ServiceNow and updated PowerBI reports accordingly.5. Individually handled 50+ Content Management Updates using Sitecore on Motiva.com (Public facing website) and delivered it on time. Individually handled and developed 100+ pages for Sharepoint using different templates.7. Part of complex database and application issues for various job failures and process explorer errors.
