I am motivated to contribute to the growth of the business by utilizing my customer service experience in maximizing corporate profits through effective pre-sales techniques and strategies while developing relationships with them and increasing sales volume.My boundary is just not limited to the hospitality industry but also in other areas which indirectly pursue the hospitality business. My co-workers have helped me a lot in giving me the basic knowledge to aspire and do my work efficiently. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t have been able to manage work load without their tricks as they have had much more experience than I do. I have been getting constant motivation from my managers and the higher up. I have enough room to keep learning each day and it never ends because knowledge never ends. Help from every corner has been given to me and I am grateful for that. My hobbies include that I\'m an art enthusiastic. I paint, dance and write for leisure. I am a great story teller thus, I chose hospitality management as a career. Having to be able to connect with people is my main aim in life and to meet people of different ethnicity and races. Having an equanimous and hysterical as a personality, I have been able to transform to a strength in engaging with my guests.
