Powering the future of work, bit by bit. “Wake up and smell the coffee! This is the best time to be in Human Resources” – I heard Leena Nair’s interview the other day and just cannot get these words out of my head. Making an impact, watching it real time, has always been so important to me, especially when it comes to people. Always inherently curious, and an idealist (somewhat), I was always driven to pursue a career in ‘solutioning’ or if I might call it ‘getting things done’ - stepping into consulting right after my MBA presented me with a world of opportunities to do just that; I have leveraged my empathy to build and nurture strong relationships across stakeholders: my clients, my associates, my partners, my team and my senior leadership. With 6+ years in Business consulting, I have accumulated expertise that allows me to help people and organizations solve critical and complex issues with respect to culture, change, D&I, org transformation, talent management and career management. I have led and managed interventions for large scale clients across sectors – IT, BFSI, FMCG, PSU’s etc. Virtual and tech adaptability has been a high focus area for me; given the acceleration of digitization via the pandemic – it has been heartening to support and encourage my clients in widening their horizons and adopting virtual platforms for all our solutions. And most importantly - outside of work, I love my caffeine and my desserts, I enjoy socializing, I also like spending time on self-care. With my family in the armed forces, I have always been moving around, hence whenever possible, I like to travel and explore new places.
