As the Team Leader QA at UPL, I oversee the quality assurance and planning processes for the domestic and export markets of one of the leading global crop protection companies. I ensure that the finished products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance, and that the supply chain operations are efficient and effective. With 8 years of experience in the chemicals and agrochemicals industries, I have developed and honed my skills in quality analysis, quality inspection, documentation, audit, and corrective actions. I have also received the Par Excellence Award in NCQC for improving the supply chain process in the plant for exports, demonstrating my ability to innovate and optimize the performance of the organization. I am currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Production and Operations Management at Narmada College of Management, where I am enhancing my knowledge and skills in strategic management, operations research, logistics, and project management. I have a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry from Narmada College of Science and Commerce, where I gained a strong foundation in chemistry and its applications in various industries. I am passionate about quality assurance and supply chain management, and I am always eager to learn new tools and techniques to improve my work.
