I am a qualified Company Secretary and law graduate with more than a decade of experience in corporate secretarial, legal, and regulatory compliance across Indian listed and unlisted entities. Currently, I manage end-to-end corporate secretarial and statutory compliances, including vendor and labour law compliances, CSR governance, and Board and shareholder processes at Kaiser Permanente (India). I also lead key compliance transformation initiatives such as implementation of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework, the new Indian labour codes, and an organization-wide compliance management tool. My core strengths include corporate governance advisory, regulatory compliance, M&A and restructuring support, cross-border stakeholder coordination, and aligning compliance frameworks with business and risk objectives.
