Responsible for the coordination, recruitment, and operations of the chess club. My work involves directing the physical setup of all equipment, including boards and digital timers, and the systematic organization of matches and tournament brackets. I focus on building rapport with a diverse membership to ensure high retention and a positive environment. My responsibilities include leading weekly meetings, scouting new members to expand the club’s roster, and providing direct instruction to help players develop their tactical skills.
