24+ years experience across private funds, private equity, structured finance and building companies. Currently lead all fund formation and fund-related legal and corporate finance advisory functions for Everstone Capital across its fund advisory businesses. Prior to joining Everstone Capital, co-founded and built three companies in India (marketing, technology, investments) following a decade in Europe advising the private equity ecosystem, as an M&A and PE investment banker at Morgan Stanley and prior to that as a leveraged finance in-house counsel at Lehman Brothers and a structured finance lawyer at Allen & Overy. Graduated from University College London with an LLB (Hons) and awarded the A&O prize for Distinction in the Law Society Finals to qualify as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales. Holder of the Securities & Investment Institute Level 3 Certificate in Investments (Securities). Born in New Delhi, grew up in Spain, educated in the UK. Lived and worked in India, Spain, England, France, the US and Russia.
