Working in the SimBioSys (Simulation of Biomolecular Systems) lab at Northeastern under principal investigator Srirupa Chakraborty. Assisting the development of new methods to explain antigen-antibody interactions of spike glycoproteins using statistical analysis and machine-learning. Employed bash scripting, Visual Molecular Dynamics (VMD), and GROMACS to calculate binding energy between a given antigens and antibodies to identify trends across many structures. Used Biopython to extract amino acid interactions between antigen and antibody protein chains in PDB structures.
