Led the end-to-end onboarding of a new insurance partner (Digit) and migrated legacy insurance code to a newly optimized, high-performance service. Developed a dynamic insurance pricing model that checks if a user belongs to a high-risk group or a loyalty program, adjusting premium prices to reduce financial losses from cancellations by 15% while boosting attach rates by 10%. Built the CTUpgrade and FKAdvantage features from scratch to offer seat and meal discounts. Integrated this with the Themis configuration service to calculate dynamic discounts, driving a 20% increase in ancillary sales. Implemented the backend logic for a new Flex loyalty experiment. Managed user cohort targeting to offer flexible, in-house booking policies, resulting in a 12% uplift in repeat bookings among targeted cohorts. Contributed to the WOW Price by building backend logic to calculate and display the absolute best final price for users by combining all eligible offers (wallet, coupons, coins) from the search page to the payment page. Conducted thorough Non-Functional Requirement (NFR) testing to identify and fix latency bottlenecks, ensuring the codebase is scalable across Cleartrip, Supermoney, and Flipkart (Domestic & International) platforms. Contributed to the International Split Round Trip feature, enabling users to book different airlines for onward and return journeys instead of being restricted to a single airline and and it boost international bookings by 15%. Replaced the outdated Ultron jar with a modern fare-benefits library to more efficiently process flight baggage, cancellation, and amendment rules. Enabled Domestic Fare Families on the SRP, adding support for new options like hand baggage only fares and increasing upsells to standard fares by 18%.
