I\'m Isha Poddar Agarwal, the founder of Colours and Patterns, a creative studio that has grown out of passion, persistence, and a deep love for design. With a background in multimedia and early hands-on experience—starting from my second semester of college at a printing firm and later in a marketing agency—I set the foundation for my creative journey early on. Eight years ago, I returned to my hometown and launched Colours and Patterns, beginning with a niche audience and navigating challenges along the way. We\'re still evolving, constantly exploring what digital marketing and design mean in an ever-changing landscape. Over time, our work expanded into premium wedding design under the label Isha Poddar Designs, where we cater to clients who value detail and elegance. I’m proud of the team we’ve built and incredibly grateful for the support of my husband and family throughout this journey. I love what I do—and every day, I’m inspired by the power of creativity and the impact of good design.

   Colours & Patterns is my first entrepreneurial venture and my true passion, built from the ground up in 2017. What started as a small, bootstrap agency has now evolved into a full-service creative studio, helping businesses craft strong brand identities and impactful digital presences.As the Founder, I have worn every hat – graphic designer, social media marketer, content strategist, HR, accountant, and mentor – to build and grow the agency. This hands-on journey has helped me understand every facet of running a business and given me a deeper appreciation for creativity and teamwork.Key Achievements:Worked with businesses across industries, delivering powerful design and marketing solutions.Scaled the agency from a solo venture to a 16-member creative team, fostering collaboration and growth.Successfully executed design and social media campaigns, helping clients increase engagement and brand presence.Built long-term client relationships with an 80% repeat client rate.Today, Colours & Patterns continues to partner with brands across industries, designing identities and campaigns that leave a lasting impact.
