ABOUT ISHA PARANJPE
I build AI systems that try to make sense of human behavior.I work at Fractal on agentic AI and hyper-personalization systems, building multi-agent architectures that integrate LLMs and behavioral signals. Before this, I interned at Neurealm working on NLP pipelines for sentiment analysis.I completed my Bachelors in Data Science and graduated second in my cohort. My interests span AI, human-computer interaction, Computer Vision & NLP, and responsible AI - basically anything at the intersection of how humans and machines can work together better.Outside work, I\'m usually running, reading, or watching something to balance out all the thinking.Always happy to connect with people working on similar problems or anyone who wants to chat about AI, agents, or why building human-centered systems is harder (and more interesting) than it looks :)
