About Isha Dighe

Hi!I’m a PM at Capgemini, where I lead digital experience projects for Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 clients. My work spans infrastructure modernization, product delivery, and customer experience transformation. I focus on aligning cross-functional teams, solving problems before they escalate, and delivering systems that work for users and businesses alike.Outside of consulting, I teach Fundamentals of Ecological Research (ENV 1004) as an Adjunct Professor at Baruch College. The course blends scientific theory with fieldwork and lab experimentation, and reflects my ongoing commitment to making science practical, accessible, and engaging.That same passion for science education and accessibility drives my involvement with Biobus, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping K–12 and college students discover, explore, and pursue science. Through this work, I mentor high school students in the Women in STEM Junior Scientist Internship program, supporting young women from underserved communities as they develop lab skills, conduct independent research, and learn science communication.Across every role I take on, in the corporate world, the classroom, or the community, I care deeply about building systems that are thoughtful, inclusive, and impactful. I\'m currently exploring new opportunities in project and program leadership, product strategy, or mission-driven consulting.
