In my 13 years of diverse experience in design and leadership, I have built multiple products and teams. I also have entrepreneurial experience and have successfully executed multiple end-to-end design and research projects, from enterprise tools for asset managers and customer support in US to mobile apps for drivers in India, including 0-to-1 products.As a design leader, I\'ve set up and managed the design function from scratch, built and mentored teams, and developed strategies and processes to map and improve user experience. I bring to the table the end-to-end experience of UX design, research and design systems.My design skills are further augmented by my hands-on experience in product management, business development and project management, thanks to my prior experience as an entrepreneur and project manager, thus giving me a unique perspective on building successful products.This diverse journey and experience reflects the consistent evolution of my self-understanding, driving me to explore unique challenges, create better impact and gather new learnings:)
