In this contract role via Insight Global, I:• Oversee workflows in marketing materials (print and digital) as well as interactive UI screens for in-store tablets to ensure that projects are correctly managed end-to-end, on time and on budget, with high quality deliverables• Employ design and DTP best practices to create and edit Spanish UI and marketing assets in Figma• Communicate the team\'s needs clearly and effectively with stakeholders, department teams, and vendors• Negotiate timelines while leveraging my knowledge and understanding of language technology, the localization industry, and both the creative and production processes• Brief external agencies on project instructions, content launches, and guidelines on brand voice, terminology, and style• Create new end-to-end workflows based on emerging project needs• Understand, follow, and optimize QC and LQA processes• Monitor Spanish translation and DTP quality and provide regular feedback to vendors• Help maintain linguistic assets, including the glossary, style guide, and translation memories• Ensure all legal, compliance, branding, and editorial guidelines are followed to the letter• Implement and educate on localization best practices across the company to make sure thatthey are followed and that downstream issues are minimized• Create, organize, and maintain detailed process documentation to ensure consistent and streamlined adherence to workflows and tool implementation• Stay focused under pressure and prioritize and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
