ABOUT ISBAHNA NAZ

Completing my doctoral research and working as lecturer at different higher education institutions. My research focuses on the potential barriers that hinders women\'s progress in male dominant sectors of a global south culture. The research focuses on the broader subject area of organisational behaviour, human resource management, gender studies and leadership. My focus remains on continual development and learning in relevant research and subject areas through ongoing research practice, teaching and service. Alongside my research, I am appointed as lecturer and teaching assistant in different further and higher education institutions, where I teach, assess and prepare learning materials on business and management courses. In my teaching practice, I aim to use an active learning teaching technique to increase learners’ engagement and learning ability. I aim on providing adequate support and build a student learner trust. I am adamant to broaden my work experience in other service organisations to contribute in policy making, responsible HRM practices that would enhance my skills and knowledge further and not remain concise to a particular sector.
