Over the past few years, I’ve gone deep into building and automating business workflows as an Appian Developer primarily in pharma and life sciences field, where even small improvements can create huge ripple effects. I’ve led process redesigns that reduced manual work by over 60%, built scalable apps, that made teams faster and more confident, and solved problems where there wasn’t a clear path forward. I bring expertise in designing scalable workflows, architecting solutions, and mentoring teams in Appian. It’s the kind of work that taught me how to think in systems, obsess over the user journey, and navigate complexity without getting overwhelmed by it.But my curiosity has never stopped at just how things work, I constantly ask why we’re building something in the first place. That mindset, is what nudged me toward product thinking and I realized I didn’t just want to deliver solutions—I wanted to shape what gets built and why. I now wants to step up in my role, driven by a love for digging into real-world problems, exploring edge cases, and building things people actually want to use. I’ve always been someone who sets high standards for myself—not for the sake of perfection, but because I care deeply about what I create and who it serves.
