Conduct trend, color/print and fabric research for overall design direction\\\\n-Develop and design swimwear and cover ups\\\\n-Present quarterly concept moodboards to senior management, influencer\'s & celebs\\\\n-Design quarterly swim collections for swimwear brands such as Lovers + Friends, Tularosa, and Lovewave\\\\n-Collaborate with Influencers/Celebs to design monthly collections such as LPA, Michael Costello, House of Harlow 1960, Camila Coelho and Dundas\\\\n-Translate trends while adhering to specific design aesthetics and cost restrains across all brands\\\\n-Collaborate with other teams (R&D, PD, Tech, Buyers) to create innovative product\\\\n-Communicate with overseas factory to ensure quality in design execution\\\\n-Conduct fit sessions with technical designers to ensure accurate fit on all garments, from proto to TOP completion\\\\n-Manage multiple brands and collab needs while adhering to T&A calendar deadlines\\\\n-Communicate with Art department team to create new season artwork\\\\n-Mentor, train and supervise assistant designer workload\\\\n-Create accurate flat sketches, tech-packs, and line sheets\\\\n-Create mock-ups and artwork layouts for overseas factories\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
