With over 20 years of experience in quality systems, I am a certified quality system auditor and a key account manager at Schaeffler, a leading global supplier of automotive and industrial products. I have a master\'s degree in business administration and a black belt certification in six sigma.As a key account manager, I am the single point of contact for quality and complaint management for the original equipment service (OES) in the Americas. I collect and analyze customer scorecards, develop and monitor corrective actions, track customer complaints within SAP, and communicate with customers to align future improvements. I also review customer specific requirements annually to ensure compliance with internal processes. I possess strong technical skills in ball and needle bearings, engine components, and manufacturing technology, and I am a SAP key user for the quality module.My mission is to drive quality excellence and customer satisfaction at Schaeffler, by leveraging my extensive background in quality management, quality control, SPC data collection and evaluation, quality improvements, product launches, supplier quality management, root cause analysis, and problem solving tools. I have worked in different departments and functions levels during 20 years within Schaeffler, from apprentice program to QA management as group leader, which has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the products, processes, and quality systems.
