The Generator is a historic 1930s Art Deco building in Loughborough\'s town centre and the former Art College. Currently being transformed into an inclusive Arts and Cultural Centre, this cutting-edge venue is set to redefine cultural experiences, promoting inclusivity, environmental responsibility, and dynamism.The Generator will run a programme of events, performances, exhibitions and initiatives that celebrate the richness of diversity and encourage dialogue, understanding, and connection. Renovations are set to complete in 2025 and the venue will open shortly after.Key responsibilities- Board-level oversight of £3.2M capital project including stakeholder engagement and governance- Marketing strategy and digital presence development for new cultural venue- Technology strategy and digital infrastructure implementation - Stakeholder engagement with community groups, partners, and cultural organisations- Contributing to strategic planning- Digital systems development to support programming and visitor experience- Brand development and communications strategy
