Championing Employee Voice | Elevating Culture & Connection As a Senior Employee Experience Program Manager, I design and drive programs that enhance workplace culture, engagement, and inclusion. I enact employee engagement strategies, from curating and launching surveys to translating insights into actionable improvements. Acting as a trusted liaison between employees and leadership, I create avenues for meaningful feedback at every stage of the employee lifecycle—from hiring to exit—ensuring that people feel heard and supported. I also oversee Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) initiatives, including Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that foster diverse representation, leadership development, and community-building. With a strong foundation in HR program management, I thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments that require both strategic vision and hands-on execution. My experience spans people programs, culture, engagement, DEIB, and organizational effectiveness, equipping me to take on complex challenges that enhance employee experience and business outcomes.
