I am a lawyer whose practice encompasses a broad range of commercial and business matters, including commercial, real estate, and financing transactions. As part of my practice, I frequently represent clients in the sales and acquisitions of unimproved and improved real property, handling the negotiation and documentation of purchase and sale agreements, title and survey diligence, regulatory compliance, and land and zoning issues. I also represent landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial leasing transactions.As a fan of combat sports, I also have had the privilege of representing boxers in negotiations with combat sport managers and promotional organizations.I am also a contributing presenter for the JurisIQ Learning Center, an online video training service focused on providing employers with timely training for all levels of their workforce, in which I presented Spanish-language versions of employee-level training courses.I have also been named to Oklahoma Super Lawyers’ list of “Oklahoma Rising Stars,” which recognizes the state’s up-and-coming attorneys.Prior to law school, I worked as an investigator for the Child Protective Services Unit of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.
