Industrial and Mining Machinery Manufacturing- Assemble mechanical, hydraulic and electronic components following technical drawings, schematics and instructions- Operate hand and power tools (drills, grinders, impacts, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, etc.), tools for measuring (tape measure, spirit level, and caliper) for assembly and installation- Conduct visual inspections and functional testing to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications- Use internal software programs to input data, update assembly logs, and report production issues- Responsible for installation and testing of fire suppression systems- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets while maintaining safety and efficiency- Resolve minor assembly issues independently and report complex or recurring problems to the Team Leader for further guidance or corrective action- Collaborate with the warehouse team to check stock bins for adequate supplies of sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners; notify the Warehouse Team Leader of shortages or incorrect components- Collaborate with the engineering department to resolve technical issues, provide feedback from the production floor, and support product or process improvements- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including WHMIS, and maintain a clean, organized work area- Execute other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Supervisor to support production and departmental needs
