About Isaí Badaraco
My passion is people, plain and simple. Providing increasing value to my customer has been my obsession since day 1 of my career. Excellent service is my product, and I consider everyone a key customer, whether internal or external to my organization. This approach has allowed me to consistently produce results for stakeholders. As an aerospace engineer & customer service professional, I authored and approved complex technical engineering data, and led multidisciplinary teams based around the world, providing technical support to airline customers, to ensure effective and safe operation & repair/maintenance of engines used on the A320Neo, one of the premier single-aisle aircraft in the industry today. My project management skills & relentless drive to solve problems for customers resulted in three peer awards during my tenure at Pratt & Whitney. As a recent MBA graduate, I have shifted my focus in my latest role to drive operational excellence at Microsoft, where I work to support Surface Go-To-Market teams, as well as channel partners around the globe, to manage commercial sales incentives for Microsoft Surface products. I work to provide our partner network with a seamless experience buying and selling surface devices, while also ensuring compliance throughout the incentive claiming process. I have experience in product management for business process design (Dynamics CRM), eligibility & enrollment verification (Microsoft Partner Center), Proof of Execution & Payments, as well as competency in designing requirements for business analytics & intelligence experiences (PowerBI).I look forward to connecting with you and continuing this discussion, either for professional or personal development. Thank you!
