Hello! My name is Isaiah, and I am a Level 1 Operations Manager at Amazon SMF3 in Stockton, California. I started the full-time role in January 2025 and have grown exponentially in my leadership and management skillset. Alongside being a manager, I own a music production company named Prophet Studios LLC. The company works with independent artists and select artists signed with Empire and Warner Bros Music. Running a company while being an operations manager continuously develops my leadership skillset by delegating tasks to others in my team to streamline success. I am also forced to look for improvements in department processes to increase efficiency and provide more time for me to fit more tasks for my department and company, further increasing production volume as a whole. I am a driven, confident, creative, innovative, and adaptable leader who takes pride in pushing the team to new heights!
