I am a student at the University of Alberta with a experience in the nonprofit sector. My focus is on creating inclusive environments where individuals feel valued and supported—free from stigma and rich with opportunities for growth. I am passionate about raising awareness around mental health and providing people with the tools to build resilience, overcome challenges, and take control of their well-being. Understanding the vital role mental health plays in achieving success, both personally and professionally, I am dedicated to helping others develop essential skills for thriving in all aspects of life.My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, human-centred, and inclusive principles, prioritizing the voices and needs of those I serve to ensure a compassionate and supportive experience.
