The Black Student Career Development is inniative the I, along with three other founding black students, got together to form an all black recruitment event. These recruitment events, in partnership with the Concordia Black Alumni association, are places for black students get in touch with black alumni, and professionals while getting the chance to learn about a variety of different topics and career opportunities.
