ABOUT ISAIAH GRIGG

The harsh reality for students like I was who live low-income or underserved communities, is that they have real challenges and brilliant ideas to meet those challenges, but are stifled by the lack of resources, financial support, and training to be competitive in an ever-evolving market. My life\'s goal was and is to create lasting opportunities, competitive advantage, and social and emotional support for students through holistic development training and mentoring. I founded MusicBreeds in 2014 with the sole intention of creating an organization whose programs allow the ideas of student musicians, like myself, to be fully cultivated. My strengths in non-profit management, strategic thinking, business development, leadership, and brand management have allowed me to build an ecosystem where mission is always the forefront of every decision and action. As a musician, songwriter, and touring recording artist, I\'ve gained the experience necessary to understand the needs of the industry so that our students and thrive. Our team at MusicBreeds is comprised of many brilliant minds that ensure MusicBreeds remains cutting edge, consistent with our culture and drives Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion not only training for our students but everything we do.
