I get to help help build a culture of achievement and collaboration by celebrating new learning and demonstrating grit when learning new things. I even get to \"teach\", sharing what I\'ve learned in an effective way with co-workers during both the structured professional developments and the mundane collaborations that occur all day, every day. The best part is that I\'m the student as often as I\'m the teacher, the mark of a truly flat and collaborative culture.
