As CEO of Bree Health Pod, I lead the development, strategy, and go-to-market execution of an award-winning workplace wellness solution designed to address stress, burnout, and mental health in modern work environments.The Bree Pod is a private, tech-enabled relaxation space placed directly in the workplace—combining modalities such as zero-gravity massage seating, immersive guided well-being experiences, adaptive lighting, and high fidelity audio to deliver mental clarity and emotional reset in 5–15 minute sessions.Our micro-break experience helps reduce stress biomarkers and re-engage the prefrontal cortex, resulting in better decisions, fewer mistakes, and higher-quality output. For employers, that translates to better retention, lower burnout, and measurable performance gains.Since stepping into leadership, I’ve continued expanding Bree Pod’s partnerships with hospitals, government agencies and enterprise organizations, building on the foundation that earned recognition at the 2024 Worksite Health Innovation Awards by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island and the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce.
