I am a dedicated accounting student with a 3.756 GPA and a strong foundation in financial and managerial accounting, pursuing my long-term goal of earning both a B.S. in Accounting and CPA licensure. With hands-on experience in customer service, residential leadership, and campus involvement, I bring a strong mix of analytical ability, professionalism, and people skills to fast-paced work environments.As a Community Assistant, I support residents by helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and organized living environment while balancing responsibilities that require strong judgment, confidentiality, and consistent communication. In this role, I’ve strengthened my leadership, conflict resolution, and time-management skills through daily resident support and coordination with Residence Life staff.Previously, as a Customer Service Representative at Joseph Nachbaur’s State Farm Agency, I assisted clients in understanding their insurance needs, processed policy renewals, cancellations, and adjustments, and maintained accurate records of customer interactions. This experience sharpened my attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to perform under pressure while adhering to strict guidelines.I also serve as the Treasurer for the NAACP Montclair State University Unit 2771-B, where I manage financial tracking, support event budgeting, and help ensure responsible use of organizational funds. This leadership experience has strengthened my accountability, planning, and real-world financial decision-making skills—skills that directly translate to the accounting profession.With a strong academic background, proven work experience, and leadership involvement, I am excited to continue building my skills and applying them in internship and professional accounting opportunities as I work toward graduation and my CPA.
