I currently serve as the director for the Hamilton County Drug Treatment and Recovery Court program. Primarily responsible for certifying and maintain the certification of the Drug Court by the Specialized Commission of the Supreme Court of Ohio. Serves as liaison with the Supreme Court of Ohio Specialized Docket Section. Oversees the drug court budget and resources, overseeing and compiling statistical data and guiding or participating in program evaluation and contract management. Responsible for the administration of program design and development in conjunction with the Judge to match needs of the court. Ensures Specialty Docket compliance with all applicable codes, laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures; initiates actions necessary to correct deviation or violations. Researches grant opportunities and assists in the writing and submission of grants. Coordinates activities between various departments and agencies assisting Drug Court, including the Assignment Commissioner’s Office, the Prosecutor’s Office, Pretrial Services, the Probation Department, the Sheriff’s Office, the Public Defender’s Office, and treatment facilities.
