Respond to incoming repair and commercial property maintenance-related request for over 500+ locations. Review leases and coordinate repairs with tenants/vendors on items that they are responsible for maintaining. Utilize internal tracking system to create cases for each repair and maintenance item and inspection request to log the progress or status updates and completion of each request. Source vendors to assess and provide repair quotes for maintenance issues. Coordinate maintenance repairs between third party vendors and tenants. Obtain multiple proposals, compare, and analyze scope of work with total cost. Review contracts and negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors. Manage the completion of capital projects/facility improvements. Set up preventative maintenance contracts, approve contracts, and oversee contractors.
