Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to optimize hiring processes. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expertise and guidance on hiring best practices. Strengthen employer branding through job postings, social media engagement, and participation in job fairs and networking events. Oversee and enhance the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires. Assist with employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring fair and consistent policy enforcement. Trained new employee on the process of hiring and all the systems used. Required to send out end of day reports to all leaders to ensure everyone is aware of current standing of hires for the class. Meet with client weekly to discuss any issues with classes, hiring updates, as well as improvements to the hiring process. Responsible for high volume recruiting and filling large classes of customer service agents for a financial/banking institution. Since joining the company, I have implemented new strategies to interviews to ensure candidates are top talent, raising the retention rate post training. This included changing questions that were asked, also being more selective with the talent brought in for interviews. Required to have at least 40 new candidate offers for each class. Classes are desired every month. Full cycle recruiting: Finding the best candidates, brining candidates in for assessments as well as interviews, conducting the interviews, bringing candidates through onboarding, being there for candidate starts on first day. Responsible for entering all of the class into Fieldglass, in order for the client to have candidates in their systems. Help other sites or locations with their interviews virtually when extra help is needed.
