Oversee, coach, and mentor, and help open doors for the existing Talent Acquisition Team-Travel required for Training and Development to RI, MA, TX and any other state locations as deemed necessary-Maintain awareness of trends in the staffing and recruiting industry to ensure the best possible marketing efforts are in practice-Ensure the Division Manager, along with the Direct Hire Team, meets and/or exceeds their weekly and financial metrics, assuring alignment with the forecast-Ensure that Branch Managers, along with the temporary recruiting team, meet and/or exceed their weekly and financial metrics, assuring alignment with the forecast-Develop Talent Acquisition Training and Development programs-Manage/oversee, with the assistance of the Direct Hire Division Manager and the Branch Managers, the recruitment and onboarding efforts of the Temporary and Direct Hire division as well as ensure the division’s recruiters meet their financial forecast-Responsible for ensuring that each employee meets/exceeds their individual metrics-Increase time to fill-Understand, assist and develop the prioritization and assignment of the recruitment responsibilities within the DH division based on open orders and/or time- sensitive positions that need to be closed-Assist DH team in all negotiations-Assist team in managing/coaching candidates throughout the interview process-Ensure consistent division operations and procedures are followed-Collaborate with staff to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies for open positions-Identify the best resources to source top talent – using our company-sponsored recruiting tools, job boards, web searches, referrals, and any industry-specific resources, job fairs, networking events etc-Develop and maintain position-specific screening questionnaires as needed.
