In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and compliance of production processes. My key duties include: Monitoring production processes to ensure they meet customer, legislative, and company expectations. Conducting finished product checks, including product weight and label checks. Performing internal audits such as Glass Hard Plastic Audits and daily routine checks (including temperature monitoring). Ensuring the accuracy of measuring equipment with daily and weekly checks. Assisting in monthly GMP and fabrication audits, as well as conducting daily start-up inspections. Ensuring traceability information is accurately captured and corrective actions are followed through in collaboration with the Production, Quality, and Technical teams. Preparing and assisting with customer and BRC audits.
