About Isabel Niño-Rada
I am an International Legal Studies LLM from New York University School of Law and a Dean\'s Graduate Scholar. I engaged with human rights during my program and now I am dedicated to immigration law practice providing services to small businesses, MNCs, universities, and individual clients including foreign students and families with all aspects of immigration processes in the United States.I am a licensed attorney in my home country, Colombia, with a diploma in Constitutional Law and a major in International Relations. I worked as an Advisor in the Presidential Council for Human Rights and International Affairs of the Republic of Colombia. I was dedicated to strengthening the National Human Rights System. l have experience in the private sector leading group actions with an international scope and human rights protection mechanisms before the IACHR and the United Nations. I also have expertise with the judiciary branch, where I provided legal support at the Constitutional Court of Colombia.I am a professional who stands out for her responsibility and autonomy, time management, and satisfactory results compliance. Being a multidisciplinary professional has allowed me to have a wide variety of experiences in the workplace, all of them with excellent personal relationships. My career path has allowed me to develop my analysis and teamwork skills.My dream is to be able to put my academic knowledge and my work experience at the service of others and contribute to social transformation with them.
