Connecting People, Processes & Technology for Meaningful Impact 🤝 As a Technology Portfolio Manager, I oversee HR, Finance, and Legal projects across Sysco Europe— from intake to delivery so teams have the right resources, governance, and support to succeed. I work closely with business and technology partners to plan thoughtfully for both immediate needs and long-term goals, ensuring capital spending aligns with the broader technology roadmap. Previously, as PMO for Tech France, I managed budgetary processes and cross-functional initiatives like SoD for SAP. My path also includes entrepreneurial experience in Guatemala and roles in banking, research, education, and data analysis—each shaping the way I approach challenges with curiosity, structure, and empathy. I value clear communication, kindness, thoughtful planning, and making complex things feel manageable for everyone involved. Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, I enjoy building bridges across cultures and functions. Outside work, you’ll likely find me cooking for friends, playing sports, or exploring a new corner of the world—because I believe connection and creativity thrive beyond the office, too
