As part of the Data Analytics and Insight team, I focus on regulatory and performance reporting across Retail, Fleet, and Customer Operations. My role involves transforming complex datasets into accurate, timely, and actionable insights that help stakeholders and senior leadership make informed, data-driven decisions. I work extensively with Tableau Prep, Tableau Desktop, and Excel to build, maintain, and streamline reporting solutions that drive efficiency and improve business performance.Key responsibilities- Managing regulatory and performance reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity for a wide range of stakeholders- Developing and maintaining financial and performance reports in Tableau and Excel, analysing large datasets, and presenting clear insights- Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to resolve queries, improve reporting processes, and support strategic decision-making.
