Hi, I’m Isabelle. I’m an HR professional with over 8 years of experience in journalism. I’ve helped companies like HuffPost Canada (defunct) and Starbucks Canada build their online presence by creating multimedia content with a focus on diversity and inclusion. My passion for this type of content stems from growing up in a predominantly white town and always feeling like an outsider. That’s why, throughout my career, I’ve consistently championed these themes to give voice to the underrepresented and to drive positive change. Over time, my desire to build equitable and inclusive workplaces led to my keen interest in HR, particularly recruitment and employee engagement.
